We reimagine homes around their personality, starting in Dallas–Fort Worth. Homeowners hire us to remodel the house they love, and we buy, reimagine and sell homes of our own. Either way, crafted, never flipped.
We don’t flip houses. We give them back their personality.
Reimagine, not renovate.
We start with the house itself: its era, its light, its quirks. Then we design around that personality instead of erasing it.
Original, not off the shelf.
Every home gets its own character. Distinctive enough to feel special, never so unusual that it only fits one taste.
On purpose, not on price.
Every material has a role. Finishes are chosen for how they look, feel and last, not for the margin they leave.
Transparent, not hidden.
Each home comes with a home passport: permits, systems, materials and warranties, documented and handed over at the reveal.
Soul over speed.
Profit is not the driver. Warm, welcoming, beautifully made homes are, with the people who will live in them at the center.
Homes with history deserve a careful hand.
Proud Roots Homes is a renovation company based in Texas, founded by siblings Alejandro Alvarez Correa and Adela Alvarez Correa. [Your story: why older homes, your design background, and the heritage behind the name.]

Rooted in community.Built with our people.
Within reach.
A beautiful, thoughtful home should not be a luxury. We work with homeowners and buyers across a range of budgets, and design so every dollar does real work.
Local, start to finish.
Wherever we work, we build with the community around the home. We partner with local suppliers, craftspeople and companies whenever we can, so each project keeps investing in its own neighborhood.
Hiring from our community.
We are committed to hiring from the Latin community: builders, tradespeople, real estate agents and more, as many as we can. It is our way of giving back to our people.
